Reprogram Your Dopamine: The 3-Step Protocol To Crave Hard Work

Discover How to Reprogram Your Brain for Hyperfocus With The Dopamine Protocol

  • Resensitize Reward: Use the Boring Breaks protocol to reset dopamine sensitivity, shut down overstimulation, and make challenging work feel naturally rewarding—fast.
  • Inhabit the In-Between: to stop default phone grabs and DMN rumination, freeing mental bandwidth for meaningful tasks.
  • Single-Channel Focus: Shift from DMN brain activity → TPN brain activity by doing-one-thing-at-a-time, funneling dopamine into one task so you enter flow faster and sustain it longer.
