This is a dream position for a designer who can turn neuroscience into a brand people instantly recognize—and want to share.
You’ll collaborate closely with the CEO and Founders to build and evolve our visual identity across everything we ship: social, web, decks, email, and product marketing.
Your job is to take raw ideas, our flow protocols, and neuroscientific concepts—and turn them into clean, high-performing design that feels unmistakably “us” on every platform. You’ll move fast, iterate often, and make the brand stronger every week through templates, systems, and taste.
Shape a Brand - This isn’t “make things pretty.” It’s a chance to define the visual language of a startup and build a brand that looks world-class at every touchpoint.
Multi-Platform Design - Design assets that perform natively across IG, X, LinkedIn, YouTube, email, and web—optimized for each format while staying consistent.
Visualizing Concepts - Turn complex neuroscience and flow protocols into a full suite of assets and templates that make them simpler to understand and deeper to engage with
✅ Strong portfolio of brand + marketing design (social, web, decks, ads, email—any mix is fine if it converts)
✅ Experience turning raw ideas into clear visual stories (from messy notes → polished, on-brand assets)
✅ Platform-aware design instincts (what works on IG vs. X vs. LinkedIn vs. YouTube thumbnails)
✅ Excellent taste + fundamentals (typography, layout, hierarchy, color, grid systems)
✅ Fast iteration + feedback-friendly (can ship v1 quickly, improve through rounds, stay un-defensive)
✅ Template + system builder (components, styles, reusable layouts that increase output over time)
✅ Comfortable with AI-assisted workflows (image tools, copy help, rapid moodboards) without losing craft
✅ Collaborative operator (works tightly with CEO/founders, marketing, editors—low ego, high ownership)
✅ Detail-oriented + self-directed (spots problems before they ship; proactive about improving the brand)
