The Navy SEAL Method That Reverses Artificial ADHD

The neuroscience-based framework that reverses attention fragmentation permanently.
  • You'll diagnose whether you have reversible ADT or genetic ADHD in under 60 seconds. The distinction determines whether environmental changes can completely restore your focus within days.
  • The 2-Minute Certainty Protocol creates immediate mental clarity when your thoughts feel scattered. It activates your Task Positive Network, the neural circuit that filters distractions and enables flow state.
  • You'll learn the exact breathing pattern that resets your nervous system mid-task. Three cycles of this 3-2-10 breath sequence calm neurochemical chaos and restore working memory.
